For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction. Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Dinner because of dog we didn't sit in dining room I had to ask for the table to be cleared,chewing gum stuck under table top and the floor needed vacumming. Last day breakfast staff especially the older woman.very inefficient and grumpy Table not cleared and we had to keep getting up to find somebody for help. Not happy at all.

Better bread andcoffee., Freshly squeezed juice. Kept having to ask for butter. LEFT A GOOD PILLOW BEHIND, HOPE IT'S FOUND AND RETURNED. dIDN'T FIND HTOEL PILLOWS COMFORTABLE was told feather but I wanted down.

What sounded like loud slamming of doors 7.15 am but we are not sure if it was doors it was incredibly loud and sounded like under our room ..we did ask the cleaning manager if she knew what it was she said she didn't. Helen at the reception was amazing she really looked after us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for her . So friendly and helpful really went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Thanks Helen

"Disappointing."

Breakfast was good. However some things ran out quickly and were not topped up.

Room was a little tired. The bathroom had what looked like mildew around the shower. The spa again, had allot of mildew in the steam room and other places. Staff were polite and friendly though. For the price we paid for the weekend, we did expect the hotel to be nicer. Not sure we would book this particular hotel again.

Location and modern large room

Our room was located on second floor behind the lift and we were kept awake on both nights of our 2 night stay by the noise of the lift going up & down and clanging . Also alot of noise from the penthouse above sounded like furniture moving
