Due to its rural location access to the property is a gravel mountain access track, although it has been resurfaced,it is subject to weather erosion so please drive slowly Low sports cars may struggle, please contact us for advice. Please note that pets are not allowed at Butt Lodge. Please note that we recommend taking out travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellations caused by disruptions to the ferry services or other unforeseen circumstances. Property was in an amazing location! Easy to get to everything. Room was very comfortable with amazing views and stags on the green in front of the house. Lovely lounge to relax in. Couldn’t fault it!!

"Gorgeous B & B with lovely and attentive hosts"

My husband and I traveled around Scotland for a month and this was by far our favorite B & B we stayed at. The hosts were lovely and very attentive. Feels luxurious and fancy in a peaceful area. Breakfast was fantastic, bed was super comfy. We ate dinner one night on the property and it was very good!

The room is very clean and offers a nice view. The breakfast is excellent. The location is easily accessible for both foot travellers and those travelling by car.
