After a bumpy ride you arrive in paradise! Totally worth it and great value for money.

The food we had was incredible. The location was so serene and peaceful. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and so accomodating. Such a relaxing experience that leaves you feeling refreshed. Will be returning for sure.

Silver Hill Ecovillage is an oasis of calm, nature, and kindness. Nestled within many acres of edible and medicinal plants, Prosanna and his team do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. He even took the time to tell us about the different species of plant and their properties, uses, and benefits. We hiked to the nearby temple which was an atmospheric, guided walk to a 360 degree viewpoint - it was stunning. The bed was comfortable, there was hot water, and the pool was refreshingly supplied by the river. But most impressive of all (aside from the epic views) was the incredible food!! From farm to fork in a matter of minutes, turned into beautiful dishes with real interest and flavour! I'd not hesitate to recommend this place for a relaxed, quiet, and restorative stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ecovillage. The room was comfortable, the food was excellent, the staff were very friendly & the views were amazing! We did the temple hike and although it was overcast, rainy & misty so we didn’t have a great view from the top, it was lovely to just be in the jungle. We loved that the eco village employs local people, it is an eco-friendly and ethical place to stay, highly recommend

Peace and serenity! Awesome views...lovely food..lovely staff..a great place to stop for a couple of nights...half way between Kandy and Sigiriya.

Just be aware it's up high in the jungle hills...so a trip to Kandy is a bit far! But that's my fault for not really looking at location! Lol The pools are fed by river water...bit murky?

No bed sheets

The stay is in the middle of the jungle, and that’s what makes it very unique and appealing. The host grows many fruits and trees themselves which they use to prepare local/organic food. Very friendly host, thank you for the pleasant stay. We wish we could’ve stayed for a few more days.

We took the Google Maps route to the property and ended up going off-road for quite some while. So make sure you contact the host so they can provide you with a better route which only has about 500 meters of off-road.

This was a little piece of jungle paradise. With home cooked meals, fantastic views and wonderfully accommodating staff we could not ask for more.
