Only cold shower available. Great food. Staff was absolutely the best. Happy, professional and good at their jobs. Went above all to make our stay enjoyable. Risqué, Robin, Dion,Danny and the kitchen staff were fantastic. Arrangement for airport transfer and booking tours helped make our trip very very comfortable.

Cold shower. Plug in is very far from the bed. Just to note, there are 463 stairs to get to the hotel. We are good with that because it was close to the park entrance but others might not be happy

Very kind and service minded personnel. Great view into the forest.

The food is good but its a short menu. A smart tv at the room could be a life saver if you're alone in the rainy season. Limited area for a walk into the forest. It would be great if you can walk a little bit longer before the guards tell you to turn back. But thats not anything that rely on the hotels.
