Villa Kipas

Very comfortable and spacious. Complete privacy, which we loved. Beautiful natural pool. Amenities were great. Gede, our chef, made delicious breakfasts every morning with fresh juices and fruits. The location is perfect and so close to the beach front. Would definitely stay again!

Some updating and maintenance may be needed. We had a little bit of water blockage in sinks and showers and the kitchen bench top is a bit old.

Traffic noise, I personally found it difficult to sleep.

Hezká velká vila, která vypadala přesně jak na fotkách. 3 minuty chůze od pláže. Každé ráno jsme měli dobré snídaně, které nám dělal Gede přímo ve vile.

Location and layout. Caretaker Gede is excellent.

Outdated TV, weak internet, toilets.

Villa Kipas is a wonderful place to stay. The garden, complete with fish ponds and verdant plants is a great place to relax. We really appreciated the pool to cool off after being out in the Bali heat. The villa is really spacious and we loved that the lounge and dining area was enclosed (unlike a lot of villas in Bali!) so we didn't have to worry too much about mosquitoes. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We always felt hot in the bedroom, even with the air con on. Not sure if there was a problem with it or what, but it didn't make for a good night's sleep. Also, the bed and pillows weren't particularly comfy. Sadly, the beach was covered in a lot of litter for most of our stay (never seen it so bad!), including a hypodermic needle. Towards the end of our 5-night stay it had been somewhat cleaned up. There is a fair bit of traffic noise as the villa is situated on the corner of two roads.

Everything. This place was fantastic. Breakfast was great.

The fact that I only booked it for one night.

There’s seepage in the room and the bathroom which makes living/sleeping in the bedroom unbearable. We had to sleep on the couch for the entire duration of the stay. Too off-putting.
