Excellent facilities, including the hot tub and pool. The apartment is well stocked with dishes, towels, etc.

The parking situation is very bad. Only one car is allowed in the parking lot, even though the lot is large. Street parking was extremely difficult. This would be the only reason not to stay here in the future.

Location, apt and amenities

The beds, pillows were very soft and bed sunk in. We couldn’t sleep well. shower water pressure could have been better. Water pressure in other parts was great!

The property is modern, clean and comfortable. There is everything that we needed. The pool and BBQ were lovely bonuses. The location is great - easy walking distance (20 mins) from downtown Canmore. 3 min walk to bus stop to Banff and easy access to the Trans Canada Highway and the rest of the Bow Valley. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. All the information for arrival, departure and useful information is thorough and clear There is a key pad for the two doors. The entry details were emailed in advance of arrival and were very clear and simple to use (I'm looking into getting the same system for my own home).

There are a couple of online forms to complete to do with the terms and conditions and a security deposit / bond. I understand why, but I haven't experienced this before.
