Location close to Hadrian's wall Equipments

A little noisy

Good location near Hadrian”s wall path. Lush dinner in the hotel.

Only cold water in the evening. Unpleasant smell in the corridors and kitchen. Dirty showers.

Easy access to Hadrians Wall path and other sights, it's easy to take the bus from there as well to get into town or farther down the wall (just don't miss it like I did, comes every 2 hours!)

Room could use some tlc. Found tv remote behind the desk burried in rubbish- not pleasant. Staff not very helpful. Food at the restaurant decent but pricey. Didn't enjoy the atmosphere.

There wasn’t enough information and not attention for the staff. The had bad attitude about people who stay in hostel

Staff really friendly. Perfect location just off the wall... Brilliant kitchen facilities

Wifi was not workable

There is very little I liked. The sheets were clean. The Greenhead Hotel breakfast, walk across the road, £15 was absolutely fantastic.

It is run down place, poorly maintained. Empty of character or people. A rabbit Warren of rooms with poor signage. On one area nr rooms 7,8,9 there were no signs, not even a Fire Exit. Bathrooms were terrible. The showers, in females was blocked. I had to get out soaking wet and find another shower. As the 2nd was in use. The one by room 7, had a broken shower holder so it fell down and sprayed water everywhere. The shower curtain, was dirty! Floors dirty. The sweet dispensing machine dispensed a Crunchie with an expiry date the previous month! There were no USB charging points just quite old plugs. Everything was dated. The place felt horrible.
