Aurora Queen Resort Igloos

This is truly one of the most amazing hotels that we have ever stayed at. Everything was so well thought out, the staff was super friendly and our stay was absolutely magical.

This is a super luxurious property with the generous staff to match. The Igloo cabins are made to the highest quality, warm and cozy. Nina, Pasi and staff go the extra mile to make sure your every need is met. Husky and snowmobile tours easily organised and the Northern lights tour expertly executed - complete with hot blackberry juice. We would love to return here again.

Excellent location, amazing igloo design, cosy and convenient. We caught aurora light on the second night in AQ resort. Wonderful experience, the most important was the owners and staffs were extremely helpful and kindness. We all love this resort and start planning for our next vacation now.

AQ is a jewel in the snow! What more can I say? The room is spacious and beautiful! The igloos are nestled in in the snow covered forest and the views are stunning. The restaurant feels like an art gallery and the staffs are very nice. We took both Aurora and reindeer safari and lucky enough to see the northern light. Thank you AQ and also to Nina and Pasi for being such a great host.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful, amazing views! The room is spacious and has a cosy feel. The owners are amazing and friendly, they try to help you with everything. Thank you Queen Aurora we loved it ♥️

AQ is much over our expectations. The Igloos are just settled among the snow covered forests. We could also often find reindeers strolling around in near forest, and even around the Igloo. The scenery of the surrounding is a real fairy land. The Igloo is very comfortable and warm. Both the Igloo house and interior design are very cozy and paid attention to each detail. The decorations of the restaurant are something like an art gallery. The chef also makes very nice Nordic cuisine for guests. The high light was the driving snowmobile through the trail among the white forest. It was a so beautiful experience. We even met reindeers on the way of driving. Especially the guide was a very gentle and friendly young man. He told us many stories about the local nature and tried many ways to let us enjoy the driving. All the staffs are very nice. Nina and her husband are very friendly to the guests. They talked to us like friends. We got a most beautiful memories in AQ in our Finnish Arctic Circle trip.

Simply put, we had an amazing time during our stay. Nina, Pasi and the rest of the team at Aurora Queen Resort really make you feel like home and will tailor your stay with activities in order to enjoy the amazing lapland nature. The rooms are superbly decorated and functional giving you first row seat on magnificent views. We will definitely return for more mesmerizing moments!

If there is something to write here would be about the restaurant menu, not about the dishes as they were delicious but I would expect the menu options to change every few days in order to have some more variety.

This one of the the best resorts we have ever stayed in. The service is incredible, the igloos are extremely beautiful, food is amazing and the nature is just... wonderful!!!! Ah and did I mentioned the food and the chefs - the top! Nina and Passi (the owners) are so kind and warm people. They went out of their way to provide us anything we asked, helped us with organizing transport, activities and even were on a constant watch for the Aurora and notified all guests once the sky was green :) They also provided a lot of vegetarian meal options for my husband upon request. I definitely 100% recommend Aurora Queen Resort for all travel junkies :)
