The staff at reception was awesome . The gentleman who was on a 24 hr. Duty was vv helpful and friendly ( yousuf if i get the name right) . Awesome massage from the girl from sikkim. Great human experience from All staff members . Breakfast staff was awesome too. This hotel is all about staff and i hope the owner takes cares of them well !

The reception and house keeping staff are very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy.

The restaurant staff.I had ordered some pre paid food at the restaurant of the hotel through their scanner.I was told by the restaurant staff that they can neither deliver the food nor process a refund.They finally agreed to deliver the food after an argument. Going through all the hassle in the afternoon I decided to order my dinner through Swiggy and when I asked the restaurant staff to provide me some plates they denied it as the food was not from their own restaurant, which I found very rude.

"Job well done"

The manager and his staff were just exceptionally. They did everything possible to make the stay as wonderful as possible. The food was great. Great security. They even showed me the way by walki b g with me to the city center. The entire upper staff spoke very good English. Very mush desired for western folks.

The weather at that time was gloomy and couldn't see far at all. But, that has nothing to do with the hotel

"Beautiful location"

The location , view and staff were exceptional and as great value , just a short scenic walk to the shops and restaurants, and a really peaceful place

On day 2 I struggled for a hot shower at 7 am but this is expected as most people were showering at that time
