Credit Card charge INFO: The reservation charge will appear on the credit card statement in the name of: Hotelera Playamar, S.A. of C.V. The name of the holder of the credit card used to pay must match the name of one of the guests listed on the reservation. The same credit card and government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in. Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Reservations that have not been paid for will be canceled before arrival.
