Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

We stayed as a family with our four- and five-year-old daughters to celebrate our oldest’s fifth birthday, and the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta completely blew us away. The beach was beautiful, the food was excellent with something for everyone, and our girls had an absolute blast. But what truly stood out was the incredible hospitality—I’ve honestly never experienced service like that. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel special. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and courteous and always willing to answer questions or help out. Food and beverages are among the top-rated at any resort we have visited. Highly recommend.

expensive. very clean. very friendly and attentive staff. limited "all inclusive" choices and be ready to pay excessively for any ordinary extras. rooms are great; beach area excellent with nice pools looking over the ocean. shows' quality needs improvement and don't expect AC to work at bars.

Got a day pass for the day here from 9 am to 5pm. Check in was super easy. Lovely grounds - place wasn’t that busy which was nice. I rented a Cabana in front of the beach - it was heaven. The bar staff was super attentive, fast and hilarious. The pools were nice - they had an adults only section pool - you could see the ocean from it. Was relaxing. Food was decent, I enjoyed the coffee bar. Drinks were yummy - I highly recommend the Passion fruit margaritas! The best part tho was the private beach - the sand was so nice - water was so warm and the waves weren’t too crazy - probably the best beach I’ve swam in PV. There was huge pelicans on the rocks chilling which was cool too. I definitely be back next time I’m in PV! Thank you for the lovely day!!!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking,truly beyond words. The food was delicious, especially at Blaze and the Italian restaurant. The team was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Alejandra, who made my birthday truly unforgettable. She was exceptional,always attentive to our needs and accommodating our special requests. Many thanks as well to Oscar, Hector, Abraham, Soledad, Juan, Cesar and Ramon for their exceptional service every time we dined,you always took such great care of us. And a big thank you to the animation team Javier, Leo, and Katylyn—for bringing such great energy and fun to our experience. This was truly a remarkable and unforgettable stay.

Everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the clean pools with perfect water temperatures. Tried four ala carte restaurants, we really liked Tamari and Casa Grande food. Staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable!!! Nice light duves. We had a ocean view and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Me and my (now) husband got married here!! We spent 9 days at this beautiful resort. The resort is about 30 min from the airport. We were able to set up a ride by Amstar through the resort which was super safe and easy. The resort is located in a little cove so it’s a private beach, no one that isn’t staying at the resort can get in or on the beach which makes if feel super private. The pools were amazing and there was lots of space for all. Family resort but there was an adult pool and quiet pool so can escape it if you’d like. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and updated and the restaurants were amazing! We were so happy with our stay and our wedding week was amazing!!

We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta—truly one of those trips we’ll be talking about for a long time. The views are breathtaking, the food is amazing, and everything about the resort feels so peaceful and welcoming…but what really made it special were the people. Amalia in the spa gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life—no exaggeration. She was so kind, so professional, and just has a gift for what she does. I walked out of there feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Isaiah on the beach was such a bright spot every single day. He was so friendly, upbeat, and full of energy—it’s like he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows. He made our beach time even more fun and memorable. And Mario at the Italian restaurant…wow. He truly went above and beyond for us. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel taken care of and special. His recommendations were spot on, and his service was just exceptional. It’s the little things—and the people—that make a place unforgettable, and this trip was full of both. We feel so thankful for the experience and can’t wait to come back someday.
