Amazing, beach, in a little private beach, staff was supper nice, amazing food, always had a drink in hand, we were very well taken care of

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The beach area was beautiful, clean, and well maintained—by far our favorite part of the resort. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent; every staff member was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. For an all‑inclusive, the food truly exceeded our expectations with great variety and quality at every meal. We would definitely recommend this resort and would happily return!

I’m writing this review in the hope that management will listen and make improvements for future guests. This was my third time staying at this property. Before this trip, my wife and I had even talked about buying a timeshare here because we enjoyed our previous two visits so much. We were confident enough in our past experiences that we even convinced family friends to come along with us this time. Unfortunately, this visit was not as good as the previous ones. The drink selection felt limited. I enjoy Mexican beers, but only Dos Equis was available. The food overall was much saltier than before, and the service did not feel as attentive as it had on our earlier visits. I do not know whether this is due to cost-cutting or simply a general decline in service, but this experience made us withdraw our thoughts about buying a timeshare at this location. In fact, we even started talking about trying other destinations, such as Punta Cana, for our next vacation. There were also some other issues that stood out. The pool water appeared too milky, and there were not enough towels available at times. That said, the hotel itself was still nice and clean, and we did have a good time overall. It was just disappointing compared with the high standard set by our previous stays

One of the things we love most about Hyatt Ziva is the consistency - the food is always good, the service is amazing, and the pools and view are what we need on vacation. This trip, Fernando and Jose (sexy waiter) were unbelievably attentive at the relax pool - we never went without and they took the time to get my husband a cake for his 50th poolside. The spa gives a great massage, the gym has everything you need for a good workout. We’ll be back next year! Oh, and Diego - he helped us secure spa times and cabanas and was always welcoming with a smile every day! We’ve been there almost annually (minus pandemic 2020) since 2015.

First time at the resort and it was fantastic! Staff were amazing, restaurants delicious and the club tower upgrade fabulous! View from our room incredible. It was quiet and clean as well. Would definitely return. Showers were a bit dicey with hot/cold water. Still, we would book again. Close to town which is great. Roughly a 10 min cab ride. Would like to thank Alondra, Adi, Natalio, Susana, Alejandro, Miguel, Carlos, Sophia, Oscar literally everyone was so kind and friendly! Thank you for your amazing service! Nena & Taylor
