Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

Great spot for our family vacation. There were activities for all ages would highly recommend. Service was great staff is friendly and helpful.

The beach is great - easy access, clean with direct sunset views. Doesn’t seem stuffy but very well put together clean. What impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was amazing - nothing but praise. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Good water pressure which we love! Close enough to town - highly recommended.

Very nice people and very good food!

I cannot say enough about our stay at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta. My spouse and I took our three boys (aged 18, 14, and 11) for a 7 night stay here, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food, the staff, the drinks, the restaurants... all of it was fantastic. The star above the rest, here, is almost certainly the exclusivity. Hyatt Ziva is situated in a very private cove, with a "private" beach that, while technically accessible to the public, is for all intents and purposes exclusive to hotel guests. Beyond that, we were impressed with the facilities and accommodations across the board. - Our rooms in the Club Tower were fantastic, well kept and spacious. - The food exceeded our expectations across the board (save, perhaps, for room service, which, while promptly delivered, was pretty pedestrian at best). - The facilities were beautiful and well kept. - The staff was all outrageously friendly and accommodating. - The variety of restaurants and bars was outstanding, as well. Special shoutout to the Sports Bar, where one of my boys and I enjoyed three of the WBC games on the big screen. - We tried 4 of the 5 restaurants (we skipped the Italian restaurant). The Buffet was fantastic and kept us well fed with solid food. The standout, however, is Blaze, with amazing views, fantastic staff, a nicely curated menu, and surprisingly high quality dining experience. - The beach is wonderful, with a ton of space. It's well maintained and monitored. My boys enjoyed their time in the ocean everyday. - Worth noting that my son and I brought our baseball gloves to play catch, which we did every day on the beach. There absolutely was plenty of space to stretch out and throw. I'm sure there are some other world class resorts out there that might offer a bit more (for a price), but given the price point, the location, the staff, and the exclusivity, Hyatt Ziva has found a place on our very short list of regular places we intend to visit again in the future. We can't wait to go back!

A marvelous, relaxing trip. A beautiful room and view on a lovely private beach. It is in a quiet area. Service is friendly amd excellent. Quality of food is very nice wuth variety. I will definitely come back.

Amazing property with private beach, great pools and service. Club Tower is the place to be, unbeatable views and better amenities. Our experience didn't start off great but issues were addressed and Margarita went above and beyond to make up for it!

Hyatt Ziva exceeded expectations this time around. We came 10 years ago for our honeymoon and redid the trip for our anniversary. We had an amazing time 10 years ago and they have only got better. The staff was amazing. Every single person we encountered was great. Food was amazing. They dealt with every possible need or want quickly. Can’t recommend Hyatt Ziva enough.

Overall a wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly. I went in with low expectations but the room was very spacious and clean and the resort as a whole is Isolated with its own beach and a large set of pools that all have the perfect set up to constantly have the beautiful ocean view. Tons of activities and events are set up by the staff if you're going with the family or if you just want to have some fun and take part in pool workouts, pingpong competitions, or just watching a dance or talent show. I went with my partner to get some time to relax and i can positively say that if you want to sit back and just relax this is a top tier spot for that exactly.
