waking up in such a peaceful location, rabbits pheasants and birds everywhere. beautiful little river and great walks for our dog

lodge was a little run down needs some work doing to it but no issues it was a great stay!

Decking in bad  way some of the boards, have got no support anymore where it is rotten,  boiler has got burning marks on the outside and has got glass missing from the casing

Everything else fantastic location ,walks,views and lovely peaceful no noise. Wildlife lovely too

Fridge dirty and freezer back was off so all frozen food ruined. No blind in one bedroom . Outside bin cramned full and maggots the smell horrendous.
