Swainson at Horizons

The cleanliness was ok, the couch was covered in stains, tv in bedroom didn't work properly, no spare blanket in cupboard.

It was across from the convention center which we were attending.

Having only one key/ swipe card was not optimal but we made it work. Others may not be as accomodating.

The location is convenient to access the CBD and public transport but be warned if you enjoy a good night sleep this is not ideal for you.

The distance to access the key to the lock box is inconvenient although it says a short walk when you have luggage and kids that becomes a nightmare. The amenities within the apartment DO NOT work - washing machine and dishwasher even though I reached out during our stay I was ignored. Additionally there is no mention about the nightclub/loud music that blasts through until 4AM on weekends that comes through so certainly not sound proof. The apartment floor was also very dirty.

Accommodation was paid for. A further charge (perhaps a holding deposit) was charged on top, and it has been a fight to get the funds returned. My accounts team has had to get involved and turned an okay experience into a really average, frustrating one.
