GLOBALSTAY Magnificent Condos in DT

Unfortunately, the good things were out shadowed by the misrepresentation of the rental and the broken AC.

Be aware, these units were advertised as 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units but were in fact a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom with an additional bed placed in an alcove (the dining area it seemed like) in each, so no door. I have seen others mention this in their reviews and were then answered by saying they were only listed as "3 beds" etc so I will post a picture of the listing which specifically says each "bedroom", despite the fact that there was one less actual bedroom on both properties than was advertised. If we had known, we would not have booked with them as we had a large number of people traveling together and this did not allow for much privacy. I'm sure this false advertising allows them to charge more, and it's pretty slimy. Additionally, the air conditioning in our 1 bedroom (listed as a 2 bedroom) unit was not working and unfortunately, Toronto was under a heat advisory while we were visiting. I tried multiple times to contact the hosts (by WhatsApp, Booking.com and phone) as it was over 80 degrees inside and was told to reset the thermostat. We did this multiple times to no avail and I was then told they would send someone to sort it the next day. No one ever came and no one responded to any of my messages after that. We ended up all sleeping in the larger unit (13 people total!) the second night as it was too uncomfortable in the hot one. I still have not heard from our hosts. Photos of the listing stating "3 bedrooms" and "2 bedrooms" are also attached. As are pictures of the additional "bedrooms" in the apartments. You can see they are not actually bedrooms, just beds placed in the kitchens. It was hard to tell from the advertised photos that this was the situation until we arrived and saw the actual configuration of the apartment. The last pics show the thermostat and the condensation on the toilet. I thought it was leaking but the floor was just soaked because of the temp difference.

Staff ,they over charged me and charged me twice plus I got city parking ticket because someone else parked in my spot and they told me to park anywhere on the visitors parking so the city gave me the ticket

Location and the ease to come and go easily. First time not using a hotel so everything was new for us.

Great location, very clean!

Perfect location for us near Billy bishop airport. We could walk there. All worked well and the place was clean and confortable. I had a few questions on tv etc and the staff was tremendously helpful! Thanks!

Wi does need cleaning. And may be a little more descriptive instructions on how to get the key.

The location and the facilities available in the Condo. The room was very clean and the property was well located in DT area, which is convenient to stay. The access to public transport was also easy.
