Beautiful location and good facilities. Comfortable and clean.

Location was great, very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stopover. The host comms were excellent and they were kind enough to accommodate us on a different date to our original booking as we had fallen ill. Excellent all round

So quiet and peaceful , beds very comfortable..

Difficult to find, would suggest the name is added to the signs at the main gate

Lovely country setting - unique fishing hut style. Nice to sit on the porch and enjoy a Summer evening.

Beds and bathroom clean. Parking directly outside. Good Wi-Fi.

A bit of a challenge to find the place! Rooms were as described and clean but there was a faint ‘musty’ smell especially in the bathroom. I would say this is perfect for walkers and people with dogs doing outside activities who need a functional property (unfortunately that wasn’t our reason for visiting the area!). TV didn’t work but excellent wifi so we worked round that.

The hosts were friendly - the outside was very pleasant and great location, the bedroom was pleasant and comfortable, the shower worked well, good kitchen facilities.

Bad smell on arrival in the main living area which stayed well into the evening, stained sofa, threadbare rug in main living area, tv not working, no hand towel in bathroom, basic soap no other toiletries, large metal cold storage butcher style door in the main living area, felt very odd and a bit creepy, decor in main living room was "kitsch" , in need of a refresh, had an army barracks vibe, felt run down. Disappointed, it was a little get away for my mother who had been ill and she couldnt relax. A few little luxury touches would have been welcome.
