This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Charles Alexander Short Stay - Clifton Drive Beach Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must complete online check in form before arrival at the property. Managed by a private host

The location was perfect 2 min walk to Main Street , opposite a beautiful park It was very very clean to say it’s dog friendly you couldn’t smell dog at all , loved all the little extras for dogs (treats, bed and a crate) Great little garden at back to let dog out and to sit out with a coffee in morning Parked right next to gate at the back so was very easy to bring cases in

"Perfect beach location"

It’s our second stay in the property and not the last. The location is 10/10 as we were visiting with a dog which loves the beach. The property itself is so cosy and homely with everything you’d need and more for your stay. Highly recommend

Everything about the apartment was great, spotless in every room...Everything you needed was to hand, even treats for the dogs, lovely touch.! The courtyard was ideal , the location was perfect, just couldn't fault it.

The only thing for me was having to share the courtyard... I know this can't be helped and it wasn't a big deal especially when you have beautiful Ashton gardens over the road but that's the only minor issue.

"Perfect satiation want for nothing."

Home from Home, very comfortable, wanted for nothing. Cant wait to visit again.

Blinds need a clean in the bedroom, a little too much clutter for me.
