"Not a great stay, unfortunately"

The check-in process could have been smoother, as the call handler struggled to find the details of the booking and send through a one-time verification code. The apartment had some stains on the blinds and in the toilet and a stained duvet in a cupboard. I think the cleanliness could have been better, especially given the price.

Booked last minute and thought it was decent value. The apartment needs a bit of tlc. The staff were excellent though. Location was very good too

"It was fine for our needs ."

It was okay but there were a few issues which I have let them know about. There was no info on how to use the tv , I couldn’t get the toaster to work. I also had a problem in shutting the blinds and one vertical fell off but not damaged. I was unable to put it back up. There was no plug or basin in the kitchen sink for washing a few dishes . There was a lack of pots and baking trays.

Loved the dining table being set, was a lovely welcome when walking in

The communal areas were grubby and often smelt of marijuana
