Fabulous location and incredibly well equipped apartment in the centre of great massingham. Huge comfortable bed, beautifully finished, deep bath & powerful shower. A well equipped kitchen if you want to cater, and right next to cafe and bar in if you don’t. We had a lovely short break and will stay again!

This is a wonderful very well fitted luxurious apartment ,very tastefully decorated modern farmhouse style,in an idyllic village next to a beautiful church and across from a duck pond with the friendliest ducks ever.fantastic base for exploring the area or just relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable with a tv in the bedroom, again the bathroom was stunning . The host contacted me just before check in saying they had turned on the heating and the place was just right when we arrived, sadly it wasn’t cold enough for me to light the log burner which I want to come back in the dead of winter just to do. Every detail of anyone’s stay I think has been thought of

The only thing I could say is if someone is tall the shower is not for you as the due to the roof line it cannot go higher which is a shame as it’s lovely, you’ll have to make do with the luxurious bath

A great little property in a lovely village, with everything you'd need on your doorstep. A lovely cafe, great pub across the road and a well equipped shop. The property is furnished really well and the bed was extremely comfy. Nice touches of the milk & biscuits being left for arrival. The hosts were great at communicating and providing some recommendations for the nearby area too.

There were a couple of areas that could just do with a bit of TLC and/or extra cleaning. The paint in the shower was peeling off and the shower door had bits chipped away. The light fitting in the living room had quite thick dust sat on it as did the ladel in the kitchen. It was nothing to cause a huge issue but just things that could be better.

Great location as meeting friends and eating at The Dabbling Duck. Spacious and very nicely decorated- comfortable and homely but modern. Dog welcomed too.

Lovely well equipped apartment in a quiet little village with a nearby grocery store, tea room and pub. Great communication with hosts, comfortable beds, log fire and dog friendly.
