Wasn’t impressed with the cleaning standard, even when we asked for a cleaner to come and go over the problem areas it wasn’t carried out to a good standard.

The property is located very near to the sea front and it’s easy to park on the side road free of charge

The basement apartment is at the rear of a hotel and down some steep steps, the grounds are unkempt. Accessibility is not reflected properly. The beds were uncomfortable. On arrival, disappointingly, the apartment was dirty, I text the owner who sent cleaners the next day, however a deep clean is what was really required. The standard of cleanliness was not acceptable.

The accommodation is spacious and meet our expectation. The kitchen is fully equipped and essentials are presented. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The accommodation is not easy to found and the car park nearby is hard to find if it is peak season. There are noises in the living room, seems like linked to the laundry room of the nearby hotel.

The house is generally tidy and spacious for a family of 4, kitchen, bathroom and the bedrooms are spot on.

There is only an old sky tv, wouldn't access netflix or prime or any other streaming service. I also didn't like the fact that I had to email to request every evening for the heater to be turned on even though the rooms were freezing.

Easy access , check in instructions spot on. location on sea front. Due to be on ground floor can't see sea from flat. Parking at back useful when you can not find parking on street.

Heating not controlled from flat. You have to ask by text, it was done every time I asked. Kitchen should be with more stuff in cupboard. Like oil, washing up liquid , condiments.

Lovely apartment, really comfortable and spacious. Quiet location, great for the family.

Location is perfect for walks along the beach, nearby local shops, quiet, free parking, clean, WiFi, appliances all working and clean

No essentials like tea towel or bin bags, no highchair but we're used to bringing our own, outside entrance needs improving as not safe for small children

The location.

A cupboard full of dirty laundry near the boiler pipes which is a fire hazard. The owner being a liar stating I never contacted them with this issue yet I have photo evidence of the message exchange. Disgusting behaviour and so unprofessional!

Too many problems not enough room too type and rythm everything off. Cleanliness absolutely filthy , was glass on the floor, blinds on windows was broken, kitchen appliances did not work ie kettle broken an full of limescale and when they replaced following day replaced with the same problems. All kitchen appliances cutlery still full of food an wet not been cleaned properly. Having to message to ask to put the heating on. Will not be staying here again ever.
