Modern & Spacious 2 bed Merchant City Apart-High St

The Apartment was lovely, has everything you need, also is very secure. The keys are in a shop on the way if coming from train/bus station, on the description of the apartment location, its also says its across the road from a shop of the same name, my mistake that I had assumed this was the same shop as mentioned. just a note for anyone, you will pass the shop on the way to the apartment most likely.

Our apartment was amazing, it had everything we needed, spotless and so comfortable and in an excellent location. Our hosts were amazing and were very helpful and friendly, we will definitely stay here again, highly recommend 😀

Everything was 1st class

Clean apartment in a convenient location. Space was good for 3 guests sharing.

We received the wrong check in instructions which led to some stress and a delay getting access to the property. The apartment was very cold - so cold we couldn't sleep on the night we arrived - and we didn't find the instructions for the heating until we were tidying up to leave. When we were checking out, the shop we were supposed to leave the keys at was closed and we had to wait, with a taxi meter running, and time to catch a flight running out, to find out what to do. For the price we paid, I expected better quality accommodation and much better customer service, so overall it was pretty disappointing.

Location and property in general are good

£300 deposit is excessive. I also was deducted £25 from this for the use of bedding for the sofa bed. It seems bizarre to me that you advertise a sofa bed yet charge for the use of it. The bedding also was in a cupboard when we arrived so I assume it is always there anyway so makes little sense why we had to pay extra for this ??
