Bed is very old and uncomfortable.

Property was clean, comfortable and a great price. Had everything we needed. Perfect for a stay close to the city centre.

I was moved to another flat because of a water leak but there was no one working on site to fix the leak. The shower had not been cleaned and did not drain properly. Within a few minutes the shower tray was full. I did not continue otherwise it would have flooded the bathroom. Eventually the shower tray did empty. In the bedroom there is sort of device which runs 24/7. It produces a sound like sleeping next to a refrigerator. There is no means of switching it off apart from disconnecting the whole electricity supply, which I didn’t do. Other people have access to the flat and one night a man carrying a pizza box tried to let himself in. Fortunately I had locked the door from the inside. The oven had not been cleaned and the knobs were missing from the control panel.

The owner failed to deliver the information on how to acquire the apartment key before our check in, which was specified beforehand. Due to her negligence, we had to wait outside in the cold, at midnight, hoping she would respond to our calls and messages. As a result of her unresponsiveness, we had to book a hotel for the night in the last minute, which was really expensive. Even though she assured us she would give us a partial refund for the night, which we felt was justified, that day never came and she continued to be elusive and dishonest about it. So would I recommend this place? Sure, if you want to spend the night outside and throw your money away. Otherwise, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Bed was most uncomfortable we’ve slept on in a long time - absolutely terrible. I sent text msg on my departure notifying my dissatisfaction but got no reply - hence this review (which I don’t normally do)

Amazing experience and also amazing place not in direct city center but not too far away for a nice walk in the morning
