The parking system

The location was fantastic, really close to the centre, with shops and restaurants close by, yet still quiet. The flat was well appointed and had all we needed. Very convenient for Knavesmire for the start of the York 10k.

Location was great, bathroom and general facilities were good.

The bed in the larger room was very soft and the springs pushed through making it very uncomfortable. The duvet only just reached each side of the bed so when in bed you weren't covered. The top additional blanket was dirty. There was dust on the lamps and the blinds were filthy. The oven had a LO incicator which we eventually worked out it meant locked rather than low. The TV is positioned badly. Shame it's not on an arm to tilt towards those sitting on the sofa. Guests using the flat below with the hottub created lots of noise. We asked them to quiet down at 11.40pm, which thankfully then did. The sofa had food dried onto the fabric. The choice of fluffy cushions and throws were a bad choice for a rental. Not easy to keep clean. We put them in the corner and didn't use them. The flat had so much potential but the details above outwayed the location.
