Eleven Popeshead - 2 bed, 2 bath central apartment

The location is incredibly central, right by the river and the Viking centre, short walk to everywhere else. I had a few questions before I arrived and the host responded quickly and were very helpful. We didn't have any issues throughout our stay. Well furnished with everything you need - maybe a bit tired in a few places, but nothing that impacted our stay. Also it was incredibly hot while we were there and fans were provided to help us sleep, thank you!

The Flat was central and near to the tourist attractions. It was reasonably clean.

Incorrect Info’n re Free Parking. Lock on entry door of Apartment was broken. Lift was broken most of our stay. Place needs upgraded as paintwork, furniture and linen tired. Creepy path led to Flat entrance where drunks urinated and vomited.

Brilliant location and the flat is really spacious for bedrooms/ living area and bathrooms. Major value for money!

Proximity to shops and markets was excellent, clean and comfortable apartment, would stay again.

Found it a little difficult to gain entrance to appartment on arrival.

The location was great the facilities kitchen equipment great I appreciated the dishwasher tablets washing up and cleaning fluids ect plenty crockery Jess and Lorraine were helpful at the office thank you ladies overall a nice place

The security deposit system was very difficult for me and all the codes for key box inner door ect were a bit long-winded( but I felt very secure) only 1 set of keys for 2 couples was inconvenient the soft furnishings could do with an update some were torn and sofa sagged the WiFi socket was broken and only worked intermittently the blinds are very worn with lots of slats missing

The location is second to none despite being in the centre of York it was very quiet even in the weekend. The place itself was very clean and the addition of tea and coffee being available was a great touch of if I had any issues the staff we quick to reply and sort it out. The security was top notch too made you feel safe during your stay
