Awesome location across from iwatake gondola, great spacious apartment, great staff and communication, epic!

The location was extremely convenient and located at the base of an awesome ski rental / gondola area with direct access to ski slopes. I also thought that their shuttle service from the bus station was helpful, with our driver and property manager both being very courteous during the entire process.

Not many food options available nearby, so adequate preparation and grocery purchases are key. There was a nearby supermarket; which helped solve this issue.

The apartment is right next to the ski field and the beds are super comfortable. There is tv with Netflix and it’s a really comfortable place to relax at night.

The kitchen isn’t really set up for cooking. There are only two electric elements and a microwave and no oven of any type. There are also no common condiments like salt and pepper.

Daniel and his team were great Kept in touch while we were travelling via WhatsApp They met us on site even though we got in at 11PM Helped us organised skis with a supplier that picked us up and took us home and picked up skis from the accommodation at the end The no charge daily shopping trips and van to the departing bus were great. The left access 30metres from the door meant we were first on the slopes on powder days Bus to other Hakuba resorts was about 150 metres away and included in lift pass Self catering was great Heating excellent and when minor issue one day i.e. needing to reboot every few hours, it was addressed, with thanks 🫡 Great boot room with excellent drying facilities

Was a bit distant from restaurants and nightlife but the other advantages outweighed that for us . If you are going out, Uber/Taxi took a little while so order a bit early to be to booking in time
