When booking for 4 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property has a strict nonparty policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests must be aged 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent/guardian. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25.00 GBP per pet, per stay applies. Car parking is charged at GBP 20 per day. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests. Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee. No arrivals are accepted prior to 15:00. If you expect to arrive after 20.00, please inform the property in advance. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests found to be violating this rule will be asked to leave and the security deposit will not be returned.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The photos are a lie. Apartment block is the concreted block wedged between the glass tower block and the glass fronted building not showen on there photos so take a look at google and apartment block unsecure day and night. Apartment stank of stale smoke (cigarette butt in the sink) Floors sticky, Grime on all surfaces, Holes in pipe work, Scum on the shower head, shower edges and seals, Windows dirty and seals perished (outside noise the same as if the window was open), Marks on the headboard, poor decoration and maintenance, Main door to the building unlocked all day and night, car parking on street not a secure parking lot, People in the corridor at all hours. We left after 1 night due to safe and have received no response from Obel dream apartments

"It was comfortable, clean and a good location."

It was a good location for visiting Titanic Experience with a walk to get my steps in. Ideally placed for an event at the Waterfront and for a short walk into the centre of Belfast, the Anglican Cathedral and many different places to eat.

It was lovely and clean and comfortable but the apartments can’t be described as luxury when the cutlery is 4 forks, 3 knives and 2 spoons and there isn’t a tea towel! A folder with basic information about the area would have been useful too.

The worst experience, I had ever since I joined booking app 7 years ago. They canceled my reservation last minute before checking in Bad experience without explanation, will make stop using it for the future.

"Extremely disappointing worst experience with a hotel ever"

Cancelled on me three hours before check in on st.patricks day no explanation or anything. Had to go through booking.com to get my refund and to get an explanation which was utter bull.
