Super convenient to all Collingwood and Melbourne has to offer! Eateries and shopping, and that undeniable Collingwood vibe! The home was very comfortable with air con as the days we stayed were very humid and muggy.

It was a bit hard to get used the toilet and bathroom, and kitchen being downstairs and bedrooms and lounge upstairs, otherwise was very comfortable overall.

Great location- easy to get into central Melbourne,; lots of decent places to eat: good supermarket. Well equipped kitchen; comfortable beds.

Short of storage space for clothes etc. Split level with bedrooms and lounge upstairs, kitchen and bathroom downstairs unavoidably led to many ascents of stairs. Good for cardio duty.

Location for us was perfect as we were attending a wedding at the Collingwood Children's Farm. Loved all the Melbourne photos, choice of Records and coffee table books. Excellent communication from the host

There's a lot of stairs! And the height of the doorway leading into the kitchen was problematic for those who are 6ft. One hitting their head on the way down the stairs, and one nearly headbutting the stainless steel bench top when slipping going up the stairs. The shower didn't drain very quickly and water seeped onto the bathroom floor Not a fan of mixing tea bag flavours in the one container. Everything was tainted with Chai I'd add a floorplan to the photos so people understand the lounge area is upstairs

Location was great, with lots of good food places nearby and close to Fitzroy/Collingwood. Outdoor area was also fabulous on the warmer days. Host also let us drop our bags off early which was appreciated.

Cleanliness of the place was definitely lacking upon arrival, as others have mentioned the bathroom is downstairs in the furtherest corner of the house, one window didn't close in the front room which resulted in a lot of noise from the busy Smith Street/tenancy directly below (not sure how anyone could sleep in there), second bedroom doesn't have a window only a skylight which makes it difficult to sleep due to no blinds, and the place was really cold (we were staying in late October - early November) to the point we had the heaters going in late Spring even on days around 22 degrees! Lastly, the photos are either really old and/or photoshopped and selective, as the finishing of the place does not align with the state today; there was significant cracking throughout, cables running through random holes and multiple holes in the ceiling one with a pipe coming out it. Felt like living in a student flat again!

The apartment is great - great location, spacious and lots of amenities which can be used. The kitchen in particular is a highlight - well stocked and easy to use. The host gave clear instructions and everything ran smoothly.

Only relevant for us because of our family situation, but the lay out of the apartment is not super young-child friendly (an 11 month old) with the stairs and hardwood floors. Not a reflection of the house as such, more our issue but something to be mindful of if booking for that age range.

The kitchen bathroom erc was down stairs at the entrance. That part of house was very cold
