The check in instructions for the door codes seem to be the instructions for older locks. The instructions for the tower door and apartment door locks needs to be updated for the new locks. There is no "unlock button" anymore. It is a check mark in the bottom right now.

Leider hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis man warmes Wasser hatte. Die Nachbarn von der Wohnung drüber man relativ laut gehört. Und die Folie auf dem Matratze hat wirklich sehr gestört. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten!!!! :)

Eravamo 3 ospiti ma la camera era preparata per 2 persone. Abbiamo provato a contattare il proprietario il quale, trascorsa un’ora ci ha comunicato l Impossibilità di provvedere alla preparazione del 3 letto in quanto in quel momento si trovava a 2 ore di distanza da San Diego. Abbiamo quindi dormito in 3 in un letto alla francese. L appartamento era inoltre sporchissimo e di fronte alle nostre lamentele io proprietario, la mattina seguente, consapevole delle condizioni pessime della alloggio, ci ha proposto di fare il check out previo rimborso delle 2 notti non fruite.. abbiamo chiamato Booking per verificare la fattibilità della proposta e l operatrice ha potuto constatare via telefono le intenzioni dell host. Ebbene il rimborso non è mai arrivato. Booking nonostante i numerosi tentativi non è riuscita a mediare. Siamo stati risarciti con soli 100 dollari da utilizzare nella prossima vacanza. Esperienza pessima host scorretto e inaffidabile

Great location for exploring SD, especially the park and the zoo. Great to have kitchen/laundry facilities.

The door outside our room kept being left unlocked and wide open, which made us feel quite unsafe as there is only our door between us and the outside. The area is surrounded by homeless people and drug addicts so felt unsafe as a woman. Our front door led onto the main staircase to upstairs and when people came and went it was so loud they may as well have been in our room. The sound proofing between ours and upstairs was awful and we could hear every word and step. Parking was a bit of a faf, the street parking is almost non existent and we didn’t feel safe leaving our car outside with all the homeless people. Mattress and bedding was thin and could use updating (burn mark in bed frame). Also there were roaches in the hallway.

The location was great, very close to Balboa Park and downtown San Diego. You could hear planes but not awful.
