Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Charles Hope Southampton Centre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information. Guests living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500

one month earlier, I booked this hotel for three nights, The day before my check in I received a cancellation email due to maintenance reasons!!!! Absolutely madness! They just ruined my vacation as I couldn’t find any suitable accommodation instead.

the apartment was very hot but other than that it was ok

the temperature in the flat. the mintue you open the windows the flies would come in.

"Super location and very clean."

The property was lovely and clean, the beds were super comfy and was in walking distance of shops and bars which was ideal for us. We stayed here as a family of four the night before our cruise from Southampton docks. Which was a 5 minute drive away from our cruise parking.

Slightly complicated to enter the property could do with better signage to find the entrance but other than that perfect.

"Good location good sized apartment very basic facilities nice Smeg kettle and toaster"

Very good location , good sized apartment

Very noisy, on a busy road so lots of noise, needed the windows open as it was so hot unfortunately the noise from the road was a lot No fan or air conditioning, if you can I’d take a fan
