New Luxury Penthouse beachfront in the Algarve

Modern/new amenities and furnishings. Individual AC split units in each bedroom and main living area. Private hot tub on patio. Host replied immediately to questions/queries.

Sliding patio doors lacked handles and were very hard to open and close. Patio door lock mechanism automatically locked when door was closed completely, enabling guests to lock themselves out on the patio. Guests not informed of a pre-scheduled power outage affecting neighborhood on Sunday (6AM to 11AM). Elevator-only access to underground auto garage unavailable during outage and could have severely impacted travel arrangements scheduled for that day. Suggest property listing more prominently identify lack of elevator access to top floor.

The location was excellent, very quiet and close to the beach and restuarants. The outdoor space was super - sun all day and plenty space to eat outside and sit in the sun. The hot tub was a bonus. Supermarket was nearby. Netflix and loads of TV channels available. Beds were comfortable. Our host sent all the information we needed in advance and was very helpful.

The entrance hall is a little neglected, but the apartement is amazing. Only 1 lift was working.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! Everything you could imagine has been thought of. Both bedrooms with TV's, Kitchen has everything required to prepare your own meals. The terrace is the highlight of the property, fabulous Jacuzzi, large table & chairs, comfortable sun loungers, all in such a great setting just yards from the beach. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment with a luxury feel. Very clean and well equipped.

It would be great if there would be a better system for the rubbish ( seperation system).

The property was clean, well fitted out with a great outside space. Located just a short walk (100m) to the beach /sea front, restaurants and shops. Secure and private underground parking (included) for the duration of our stay was a bonus. The host provided plenty of clear information prior to arrival and made themself available if required.

The entrance hall to the apartment block is not welcoming and only one of the two lifts worked which meant sometimes waiting as the apartment is a top floor penthouse. Additionally and no fault of the owner, refurbishment work was being carried out on the apartment below and opposite which was noisy at times. This did not detract from our stay as we were out all day on the beach in any case.

The property was beautiful, clean and it had everything we needed. It was so close to the beach with many restaurants and shops and the outside area was an added bonus and the hot tub was a nice touch. We would come back and/or recommend this rental to anyone.

The elevator took a little getting used to but after a couple of times it was fine.
