El apartamento muy bonito y súper céntrico.

Location was wonderful. Very close to Arena and Piazza Bra. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment has a washer which was very handy. Francesco helped us with any issues we had and was very responsive to our enquiries.

The only drawback is the steps. When we booked, I didn't realize, and that was my fault, that the apartment was on the top floor with 60 steps up. We are both in our 70's and in good shape, but carrying our bags up was difficult. The pillows were also firmer than we would have liked.

Sehr zentrale Lage, dabei ganz ruhig - Schlafzimmer zum Hof. Das Appartment ist großzügig, dabei geschmackvoll eingerichtet, passend zum Gebäude mit den alten Holzdecken. Das Bad ist schön groß, in der Küche fehlt nichts, das Wlan funktioniert hervorragend. Man bekommt einen digitalen Schlüssel aufs Handy, das funktioniert sehr gut. Ein kleines Problem ließ sich super dank des reizenden Francesco lösen.

Dritter Stock ohne Lift - die Treppe ist eng und ziemlich steil. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber man sollte es wirklich vor der Buchung wissen.

Arredamento curato, ristrutturazione recente, ambienti ampi e luminosi, pavimento e rivestimenti in marmo e travi a vista. Di fronte la pasticceria migliore della città e a pochi passi da piazza Bra. Negozi e servizi sotto casa, posizione comoda e silenziosa.

Materasso, prese, telecomandi e TV da migliorare perché non del tutto funzionali e moderni. Nella doccia non c'era modo di poter appoggiare i prodotti.

The washing machine was very useful.
