Enormous CBD 1BR Unit with Parking by Zodiak Stays

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated.

However, there were several issues during my stay. First, I had to wait around 45 minutes to get the keys because the lockbox would not open. I was initially told it would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up taking much longer. Secondly, the instructions for finding my room were incorrect or unclear. I accidentally tried to enter another guest’s room, and she opened the door very confused. I then had to search again and call the host for further directions on how to find my actual room. The street was also extremely noisy, with almost no sound insulation. I could not sleep until around 2am because of the noise outside. In addition, the room was very cold.

Great location, lovely sized apartment that was well equipped and clean. Love the ecostore products throughout.

The bed was very hard. It could really do with a mattress topper then it would be great. The pillows on the bed weren't great either, no support.

Perfect getaway for my partner and I on our 3 year Anniversary. Perfect location for Restaurants, transport, and stunning veiws from the apartment. Having a free, lock- up garage was a massive bonus for us. The shower was great and the bath tub was amazing and relaxing. The bedroom was tidy and the bed was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. The storage for our motorcycle gear and clothes were perfect and the extra clothes hangers come in handy so much for extra clothing. The kitchen and laundry was perfect, and well equipped with everything you'll need in a kitchen and laundry. The outdoor balcony was perfect for our sunrise breakfast and sunset dinner. 🙂 Just a perfect spot to soak up the scenery and city veiws while having breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The dining room was lovely and the paintings on the walls were a nice soft elegant touch. Having the sliding doors not only helped keep the apartment nice and cool, but also having fresh air coming through while admiring the veiw from the lounge, made me feel like I was actually outside but from the comfort of the lounge room All up, it was a 10 out of 10 down to the smallest details

The drapes in the bedroom need to be washed and dryed properly and not have talcan powder, baby powder on them to dry out moisture. When opening and closing the curtain, it got onto my skin and clothes and was a very unpleasant and embarrassing moment. Thankfully I didn't have a suit on at the time and was easy to wash out of my clothes. There was only 2 towels aswell which 1 more would've been great for my partner and I, as we have long hair. The side door to the balcony was locked and wouldn't open so we had to use the bedroom door to access the balcony. And lastly, having to leave the keys in the room on the kitchen bench made it hard for us to exit as we used the garage space and had to remove our vehicle onto the street, one of us had to keep the side gate open to exit again whilst the other had to run the key back upstairs. Just a couple of small things that were an inconvenience, and can be worked on for our next stay and future guest's 🙂 Other than that, this place still deserves a 10/10 😉

Location and livable space. Lots of restaurants from rhe Wynyard Quarter to the inner city, mostly Aisian, but other options are available. Easy walking in the area and bus stop 2 minutes away. All whiteware and cookware worked. Alternatives for anything that didn't work. Paper towel roll useful.

Lots of salt, but limited pepper. No cooking oil. Late arrivals might be caught out. No reserve bathroom towels for a 3 day visit, but there is a washing machine and dryer with washing powder.
