tv, electricity issue (unit did not have electricity on arrival even after having to wait to be handed over the keys), waiting for host to confirm booking with security (for hand over of the keys), the bed, there was no extra blanket, no heater, tiles are cracked, was not value for my money.

No WiFi, no response from the host, no AC and there was no welcoming tea and water.

We paid for the day through Booking.com but as we got to the premises they cancelled saying they are fully booked and we can get a refund. They are not responding back to refund us the money even after several calls.This is the worst experience I've had with Booking.com

Almost nothing

The owner advertised the property using the wrong pictures, perhaps the neighbour's. Non of anything on the picture that looks familiar to what is in there, worst thing I spent the whole weekend taking cold shower because I tried to contact Mark and he ignored my calls and disappeared on me when I tried to bring issues to his attention on WhatsApp. A very poor hospitality

We booked well in advance. We arrived an hour before my husband's operation only to be told that I could not use the apartment due to there being no electricity. We found this very stressful. I paid for 2 nights and a cleaning fee. Please ensure that I get my refund.

Could not book in at 14:00 room was not cleaned in time. Fridge did not work at all. All tv stations were off. The place has cockroaches.
