unable to gain access to property telephone number incorrect host rude and unhelpful musty smell mouldy sealant in shower no hooks in bathroom noisy neighbours who urinated outside our window only 1 wine glass booking.com messaging glitch so no access details received from booking.com until 01.18 Saturday morning booking.com unavailable to help I haven't had a reply to my customer service enquiry now 4 days since we left the property

Location was good. Easy walk to city centre. Comfy beds. Host emailed great info about the property and area.

The outside courtyard was unkempt. No where in bathroom to hang towels. Usually milk is in fridge when we arrive . Dish washing liquid and dish cloths not available.

a nice snug, decor was nice, warming and welcoming.

my friends said bed nearest kitchen had loose slats, only 1 wine glass, the chopping board was dirty. 3 out of 4 of us slipped in the bathroom, wrong tiles on the floor, and a TV would have been nice as stayed 5 nights, would be nice to have the option to stay in and watch occasionally, and the blocked gutter up stairs causing rain water to fall onto glass roof, was very noisy a night.
