Central Park Lagunas by Alegría Rentals and Sandy Powerful

Logement propre, lumineux et spacieux. Peu de vis-à-vis (nous étions au rez-de-chaussé, avec piscine au bord du balcon) très bon accueil à l'entrée de la résidence, nous avons pu récupérer notre chambre une heure avant. Appartement calme, la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire pour faire de la cuisine d'appoint. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande.

Rien à redire sur ce logement

We had a nice penthouse with jacuzzi the view was awesome. Also the room was can when we arrived and the staff during our stay was friendly. It was not that central but no problem if you have a scooter.

As we wanted to check in late at the evening there was no one who could speak English. We didn’t got our room number and pin so couldn’t enter the room. During the rainy days we had a bit water in our room but not so bad.

I stayed in a room with a pool, and I recommend the first floor with private access to the pool! this is the most ideal option. There was coffee and a coffee machine in the room, it was great.

a lot of leaves in the pool are not cleaned well, or they do it rarely. One of the pools or it was a jacuzzi had no water at all.

I have stayed here since it opens on my trips to Mexico. Quiet, clean, lovely pool, great rooms and in amazing la Veleta

Absolutely nothing. It wasn’t the property I thought it to be. I couldn’t get room cleaned. So for the entire 6 days I had trash in room. I addressed it and they in turned said I must contact booking .com which made no sense.

When I travel I like a clean room not daily necessarily but every other day at least. The staff wasn’t accommodating at all. I was very tempted to check into another property.

Nice location, not too far to go to beach and other locations The host was very friendly and understanding

Good location. Big room. Coffee provided and everything you need to cook. I had the private pool and patio which was great. Comfortable bed.

The check in was a bit difficult as they only speak spanish. We lost power one evening and night and it was 35 degrees. No A/C or water for a few hours. They couldn't tell me at the lobby when it would be back. I contacted the host on Booking and they said they would refund me one night for the inconvenience but they never did. After talking with people at the hotel, apparently it happens a lot so be prepared for that. Lots of mosquitos so bring repellent if you want to enjoy your patio and the pool. No water pressure in the shower.
