The outside surrounding areas

The actual apartment. Some upgrading needed. The lack of information prior to booking. A llllllooooong lost of to do's.... only sent once apartment booked. The schlep to get the key. Just not a convenient, smooth or pleasant process when you going to stay away from home.

The location was convenient. The place was well kept. Host communicated well. Would book again.

I dont like the extra charges, such as a deposit for keys? That should be included in the website price.

Very good and easy

The owner of a property should leave the key on a lock box...and give us code.because we are waiting for key close to an hour...and beam plastic was not provided

Everything. The check is horrible, you’ll be forced to wait outside while waiting for a key.

The location is easily accessible

The bed is old and making noises when you turn. The towels are brown(not appetizing). No clear communication as a result you end up thinking you are scammed. I am struggling to get back my deposit
