Location. Free parking.

Had not been cleaned. Hair and dust everywhere. Main bed had no top sheet and duvet covers were not clean. They smelt. Shower recess had hair in grate and one area of ingrained hair on tiles that needs scrubbing. Shelf in shower recess was falling off. Shower head needs replacing. Letter box full of junk mail and overflowing. Key was bent and hard to open front door. If I was the owner I would be disappointed at level of maintenance by letting company.

Location was good, safe stay.

Dirty! Loose hair everywhere even on the bed sheets…, someone’s DIRTY LAUNDRY under the laundry sink! Finger prints all over the cupboards in kitchen…
