1.It was at a very good location,right at the center. 2.Very big space. 3.Clean house. 4.Very nice to stay and super comfortable.

1.The main problem for us was that there was no Internet,I hope this problem gets fixed for future guests.

Didn’t get the access code of the building Shower pressure was good, but screen was leaking so after showering water everywhere in the badroom that needed mopping up, but the were no clothes Wifi was too weak didn’t work Very dusty Minor details no remote control of the television Little kitchen equipment No water cooker

No internet, I contacted customer service but never cared for fixing it. The bathtub isn’t comfortable, and the water overflows onto the bathroom floor.

It was clean ang comfortable. It is also spacious that we are freely to move.

No broom, no iron, horrible internet connectivity

The location was great for transport and shopping and easy casual food options. The apartment was spacious and we liked being on the first floor. Oven, full fridge, dishwasher and washing machine were great to have. Towel heating rack and radiators were helpful too.

The second bedroom did not have doors. There was only 1 couch which made things less comfy and unlike the listing, there was no TV. A drying rack for clothes would have been excellent to go alongside the washing machine.

We were staying in this apartment near Louise station, nice place, we had the whole floor. There was a combination lock on the building entry as well as on our door to the apartment (different codes). There was no way to lock the door from the inside. It was about 9pm when we were just dosing off when my husband saw a large man look through the crack in our bedroom door. Hubby launched over the top of me and started screaming, and chased this guy down 5 flights of stairs but he took off. Now this person would have had to have had not one but two codes to get in, so this sounds very dodgy to me. The creepiest thing is that we had heard someone walking through the apartment about 5 minutes earlier but thought it was someone going to the toilet. He had been in the house with us, I have 2 young daughters and an elderly mother. He was coming into our bedroom. I cannot even imagine what would have happened had we woken up to him in there. I had the very brief thought that it was concerning that there was no way to lock the door with a key, just the code. However I figured with 2 codes it would be ok. This guy just walked right in. A few more, less severe issues - Extremely hard to find as is slightly hidden and not signposted - No reception or support - tiny elevator that fits one person and a suitcase at most - No wifi. Modem was on but not connecting. Tried messaging for support but no help other than turn it on and off. - Booked for five people got set up for 4 were asked to pay extra if we wanted the sofa bed set up for us - Check in too late I do not recommend staying at this apartment especially if you are staying on your own or with children as it is not safe at all. Looking now on TripAdvisor there are so many similar reviews. This is clearly a scam they are running!
