Good communal area to fit everyone and rooms were decent sizes. All things considered.

Property wasn’t particularly clean and the carpet was tacky, however for a stag, it was a great setup, other than the fact that the location is within the space of multiple nightclubs, so if you plan on sleeping, bring ear plugs.

The noise level was absolutely terrible, there was a smell of urine the place was grubby the walls where dirty there was no hot water until I made numerous calls for it to be resolved

"Fine for a hen do, not sure I’d return"

Location was ideal, some of the communication with the company to check we were aware of the potential of noise etc was useful.

The communal area was tiny when there were 11 of us trying to enjoy time together. No oven or anything so thankfully we hadn’t brought oven food. The door was tricky to lock and we weren’t always confident that it was properly locked.
