"Wonderful and memorable stay"

Apartment is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful terrace and breathtaking views. The space is spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The owners are exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. They also offer a tuk-tuk service, and the owner can personally show you around, which makes the experience even more special. Breakfast is available at an extra cost. A truly wonderful and memorable stay.

Все было отлично. Хозяин всегда на связи, отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Номер чистый и уютный. Есть собственная зона отдыха и отдельная индивидуальная кухня. Место тихое. Рядом есть кафе. До главной улицы 5 мин на байке. Пешком не ходил, но люди ходят. Однозначно рекомендую.

Все было отлично. Замечаний нет.

"Brilliant homestay in Unawatuna"

Kris is an incredible host with a talent for hospitality. I loved staying at this homestay near Unawatuna. The apartment I choose was newly developed, perfectly clean, spacious, private, and well equipped. Kris was really friendly and welcoming. He helped me get around wit his tuktuk and made sure I had everything I needed for a safe and comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and great value for money. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

"The perfect stay"

Wow! Honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed. Everything is perfect, so clean and spacious. It feels like a tranquil slice of paradise. Khris the host is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met and consistently goes above and beyond. The optional breakfast is absolutely delicious and plentiful. Don’t hesitate to book here!

We absolutely loved it here Chris the owner was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was brilliant and the view from our balcony was stunning a great place to relax any time of the day. I loved it first thing having my coffee. We had the optional breakfast and it was fantastic . Old chilli house is away from the main busy area and road so you’ll get a great night sleep. Can’t recommend enough!

"Schönste Unterkunft in Sri Lanka"

Wir waren 3 Nächte im neuen Zimmer im Anbau. Das Zimmer war inklusive top ausgestatteter Küche und einem großen hellen Bad. Kris ist wirklich ein super interior Designer. Das gesamte Apartment war super schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Dachterasse mit Blick ins Grüne ist ein absolutes Highlight. Kris ist zudem ein sehr hilfsbereiter, netter und lustiger Gastgeber. Wir wünschten wir hätten länger dort bleiben können. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
