Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment, Broad street Birmingham

The host managed to sort out the heater for our toddler straight away and it was like 10pm

The smell of the place and not very accommodating if you’re thinking of cooking

Everything we walked up to the door handle off and also the beds were un made there was food on the floors and the sides, pillows were stained, when I called up the staff was super rude just told me to cancel and go somewhere else then proceeding to put the phone down on me…we cancelled and went to another property!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE

When we checked in, the room was still dirty from the night before! We asked for help from number given of the person whos property it was and they were not even apologetic, in fact they were so rude! I even prepaid £30 for late check out and i never got that back even though they said they would refund it.

Was not cleaned before our arrival. Dirty towels dirty floor dirty sheets things left in dishwasher. No cutlery to use. To pay £60 for cleaning to say the least this was not cleaned before we arrived at all. Very disappointed indeed wish I had taken picture of bed sheets not nice at all.

Once we got to the property, it was evident right away the place hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. The flat was a mess and the beds weren’t made or changed from previous guests. The bathroom was disgusting and there was food everywhere. The number given to contact the property didn’t exist and there was no one we could speak to. We had to source different accommodation for the night and we still cannot seem to get in contact with anyone regarding a refund

Super dirty, super uncomfortable bed. No WiFi even rang to the owners he was keep giving lollipops, dirty kitchen too , beds need to be changed as duvets are smelly and dirty. Don't go on pictures of this apartment it's only by name luxurious there is nothing luxury in it definitely not recommending for family's.
