The house was very dirty and the room (5) I was given was in a poor state. The bedding was solid and stains on the sheet. I tried to cancel it but the site didn't allowed me, I called the customer number but it went straight on voice mail. I have no choice but to leave the building immediately less than 3 minutes. I will be very glad if they can look into this and pay me my money back.

The beds messed up mate, can’t even get to sleep. I’ve been tossing and turning all night. The springs are digging into my back and feels like I’m laying on a hard floor with things sticking into my back… I’m kind of disappointed with all honesty. The place seemed much more comfy and nice. It’s also surrounded by loud people. I traveled all the way here and to sleep in a terrible bed. I think a blow up mattress would do me better. Honestly have you even tested these beds by sleeping in them yourself? I don’t think you’d last as long as me. This is horrible. Sorry, but I thought the message was a must to let you know how dissatisfied I am and upset. I hope you guys can make up for the inconvenience somehow. I’ll be leaving a review on your website too. Thank You
