The Town House does not have a elevator facility and the rooms on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs. Early check-in before 15:00 is not possible. Late check-in is available upon request.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great location. Very friendly owner Cosy place Breakfast in garden - Weather permitting, of course ! Very silent - at least on graveyard side ! Classic radio in room very comfortable bed

our room had a very, very tiny bathroom while big enough for a 37 years old couple

"Great place to stay in Exeter"

Exeter Townhouse, very well located , accessible for Exeter St Davids station and Exeter Central. The house is a beautiful house, very well furnished. Stayed in Room 7 for 4 nights, which was very nice. Comfortable bed and duvet. Cant fault it, and want to revisit. Ken is charming and very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ken

"Great place to stay"

Lovely place to stay Very clean Comfortable bed and the host where wonderful Breakfast was good I would recommend staying here

Not the properties fault and we was warned with great communication from the host but the walk up from St David’s station was brutal Maybe a idea to get a taxi to the property

"Good location for a short visit to Exeter"

The host was friendly and helpful. Decent location within easy reach of city centre.

Free parking would have been ideal but it only cost £10 for 2 days' parking so not a problem.
