The Snug, Cromer, a short walk to the beach.

Welcome pack of bread, butter, crisps, cookies and a pint of milk was great. Good location for visiting local area. Dog Friendly 🐕 Soap in kitchen and bathroom, kitchen roll and HALF a toilet roll.

Lock on gate only locks on inside so can't secure gate when going out. Check in after 5 very late so shops closed when we went out. Sofa not one in picture, its a cheap very small hard one thats so uncomfortable. Bed sags in middle and very uncomfortable for both of us. Shower only a rainfall one and it splashes out onto the bathroom floor, plus no bathmat and its quite slippy and you are visible from bedroom which some people may not like. Only 1 pillow each? no pillow or mattress protectors? Not good! Floor & windows dirty! One poor dustpan and brush in room, no mop to clean up grubby floor & footprints. Bathroom not private as clear glass only covered by 2 sliding screens which keep sliding back and one falls off a lot. Flies, lots of flies, everywhere all the time! Had to buy fly spray from B&M but it was never-ending killing them as they never flew out. TV was tiny, 24 inch and no terrestrial channels, so had to cast the England game from my phone. Wi-fi was ok but not when watching Prime of Netflix on the small TV. Remote was chewed up and I had to buy batteries for it to work! Dog Friendly garden had no fence at back and a stream to neighbours garden? Been mentioned in reviews but never fixed? Noise from another hut thats very close to the snug & a hot tub near garden gate very noisy, not very snug when trying to sit in a quiet garden! Lots of old cobwebs back of bedside tables and in every corner. Not deep cleaned. Not many plug sockets and all in room used, a double adaptor in a few would help. Tea towel stained on arrival and we had to clean it ourselves. Very poor lighting in garden as porch light not working, another mentioned fault never fixed? No air conditioning except one fan so gets very hot unless you open the windows or door and flies get in. Had to buy our own loo & kitchen roll after 1 day which was fine but buying our own cleaning spray to clean thete rental because of the flies is not!

Cute, compact and comfortable! Enclosed garden. Close to town and beach. Helpful goodies on arrival - bread, chocolate biscuits, milk, butter etc.

Property is tired , shower very difficult to turn off, cobwebs in utensil cupboards, shower screen not cleaned , two seater settee very small and uncomfortable and covered in stains , oven glass greasy, cups not clean , two out of three legs missing under centre of bed and remaining one not secure, garden gate in bad state of repair, tv only available through internet channels

Lighting poor, out side light's did not work, Oven did not work, hob would not get up to Temperature, Settee badly stained Bedding of poor standard, Towel's would scratch you more than dry you......

The property is in a fantastic location and the perfect size.

The property needs some TLC. The light doesn’t work in the back garden, the lighting in the property is poor, the TV is awful very small and no reception due to poor Wi-Fi. It needs more storage space and towel rail and soap/tooth brush holder. There were loads of cobwebs. The garden could do with a path so you’re not walking mud into the cabin.

Good location, adequate facilities, ok for a few nights

Could do with some tlc, tv poor, needs booster aerial, very patchy reception, couldn’t get many stations. Needs more information sheets, booklets etc, for tv, microwave, we knew the car had to be parked at front of The Cedars, but it’s a bit of slog to carry luggage in

The location

The snug is absolutely not like the pictures. It is very dated, furniture was chipped, bed uncomfortable and broken. I raised my concerns and the owners weren't interested, they just said I had the opportunity to vacate the property if I was happy! Not great customer service at all.
