Struttura molto carina, situata a due passi dal centro di Bacalar. Camera piuttosto basic, ma comunque comoda. Spazi verdi tenuti bene e con cura ed una cucina condivisa, con un frigo comodo che abbiamo utilizzato per tenere in fresca le nostre bibite ed il freezer per i ghiaccioli che avevamo per il nostro zaino refrigerante. Le amache appena fuori dalla nostra stanza erano bellissime e comode per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Bacalar. Super utile il locker con codice per inserire le chiavi appena fuori la stanza, in modo da non poterle portare sempre appresso e rischiare di perderle.

Personale poco presente, non so se sia una questione di alta/bassa stagione, ma praticamente i contatti che ho avuto con il manager della struttura sono stati solo tramite Whatsapp e, secondo me, non è sempre l'ideale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il telecomando del condizionatore, con lo schermo totalmente illeggibile e quindi è risultato molto difficoltoso regolare il flusso di aria e la temperatura della stanza. Un handyman ha provato a cambiare le batterie, ma comunque la questione non si è risolta. La "piscina" è in realtà una vasca, non proprio pulitissima; non l'abbiamo usata infatti. In conclusione, è una struttura che può dare molto di più, basterebbe qualche attenzione in più nella cura di alcuni dettagli.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass man alles gut erreichen kann (auch die Bushaltestelle kann man zu Fuß erreichen). Unser Zimmer war zweckmaßig eingerichtet, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung ist.

Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer, wo wir die Badezimmertür nicht offen lassen konnten, da der Abfluss extrem unangenehm stank. Da das Problem ja scheinbar (laut Bewertungen) schon sehr lange besteht, sollte endlich einmal etwas dagegen unternommen werden. Als wir uns an Santiago wandten, bot er uns an, noch für eine Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln.

Value for location, bed, ac, wifi, staff.

Not much but pool wasn't attractive.

We stayed 2 nights, the location is very good, in the center but quiet. Parking on the road. Lovely green garden. Communal outdoor kitchen- just be aware, somebody took our beer. Nice basic rooms.

AC unit didn't work properly- we had loads of water on the floor. They called somebody to fix it, as soon as we told them. Very strange walking through an empty restaurant to the room at the back garden. Or in the evening through a working restaurant. You don't realize this from the photos. No separation between rooms and the restaurant, direct view from the kitchen to the swimming pool ( which is more a dip, too small to swim. )

Great location, just two blocks away from the city centre. The host was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen outside with all the amenities you need. Spacious rooms and nice hot shower. Would definitely come back!

You need to pass a restaurant to enter the facility. Pool is small in case you want a big one

Santiago was a great host, helpful and nice! The facility is lovely, well maintained, we used the garden and the communal kitchen, also perfect for socializing. It is a short walk from the central square, but to find the best restaurant you don't have to go out, in fact there is a restaurant on the property in which we had the best dinner of the vacation
