"Near by .... mehr wollten wir nicht ."

Fussläufig erreichbar ( 15 Minuten vom Zentrum) , keine ´sichtbare´ Betreuung durch ( privaten) Eigentümer. Täglicher Reinigungsdienst im Treppenhaus und in vakanten Räumen. Zugang zu den angebmieteten Zimmern per codiert erreuchbaren Schlüsseln am Eingang. Küche mit allen (?) notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Parken freizügig auf der Strasse ( soweit verfügbar)

Wir haben nichts vermisst . Bzw. wir haben alles gefunden.....

I have no complaints at all!!!! This is the best place to stay at. I’m upset to be sharing this rating because I want it always available for me. Afonso and his wife were such great people that I’m truly lost for words. Please do not stay here because I want it for me!! Love love love this place!!!! Thank you!

"Visite de Ponte Delgada et région"

L’emplacement, l’accueil de Alfonso et Fatima, ils ont été adorables avec nous. La chambre très fonctionnel avec un petit coin cuisine, frigo , bouilloire et micro-ondes, pratique pour petit déjeuner et dîner.

We were made to feel right at home. Our room was perfect for us, we loved the kitchen balcony. Alfonso was so kind and worked with us even with our flight and booking mistakes due to the blizzard in the USA at the end of February. We had originally booked for a week. The few days that we had at City’s Heart was beautiful. The location was great and we enjoyed many walks around town. We want to go back! Thank you Alfonso for your hospitality!!
