Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind grossartig! Alles ist sehr liebevoll. Mimi ist eine allerliebste Gastgeberin, sie kümmert sich um alle Gäste und lässt sie sich zu Hause fühlen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Herzlichen Dank für Alles 🌺

Hotel znajduje się w starym, klimatycznym budynku w “górnej” części centrum miasta. W okolicy jest wiele restauracji i zabytków ale sama ulica jest spokojna, dzięki czemu wieczorem/w nocy było cicho. Podobał nam się wystrój, pokój był bardzo przestronny i czysty, pod prysznicem zawsze była ciepła woda a w pokoju kaloryfer. Jednak to co zdecydowanie wyróżnia to miejsce to niesamowicie przyjaźni i pomocni właściciele oraz atmosfera jaką tworzą. Udzielili nam wielu wskazówek a nawet zaopiekowali się podczas choroby. Tak dobrze i domowo się tutaj czuliśmy że szkoda było nam wyjeżdżać :)

De eigenares is erg aardig en behulpzaam! De kamers zijn ruim en schoon, met een fijne douche. Locatie is goed, vlakbij leuke cafés en winkels in San Blas.

המארחים מקסימים ומנסים לסייע, מלון בוטיקי

המיקום- בדקות הליכה זה אכן קרוב למרכז אבל מדובר בעלייה משמעותית ללא כביש גישה עם רכב. כך שכל איסוף לטיול אתה צריך לעלות עוד מדרגות וזה הקשה מאוד. לדעתנו המיקום לא נוח רעש- היינו בחדר שהחלון ממש נפתח לרחוב, רעש של מכוניות ואנשים. חימום- בחדר קר מאוד, יש חימום רק בשעות מסוימות שהם מחליטים עליהן מים חמים- באופן כללי הם לא היו מספיק חמים וזה קריטי בימים הקרים בקוסקו .מעבר לכך באחד הימים חזרנו מטרק ולא היו מים חמים בכלל . המארחים אמנם צלצלו ישר לטכנאי אך נאלצנו לחכות חצי שעה עד שהגיע וזה היה מתסכל.

とても居心地が良く清潔で、アクセスも良く窓からの景色も素敵でした。特にオーナーの方はとても親切で優しく、安心して過ごす事ができました。

La disponibilità e la gentilezza degli host, sempre presenti e pronti a darci suggerimenti per sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo a Cuzco. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse culturale della città, Plaza de Armas e il quartiere di San Blas. Dalla nostra camera avevamo una vista panoramica sulla città. Ottima colazione andina.

Jean Claude and Ilyana are fantastic hosts. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and very close to the San Blas district. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also, a great location to get to Sachsayhuman.. Breakfast is excellent- everything is fresh and delicious.

Nothing negative to say.

Confort, limpieza, atención, calefacción, agua caliente, el agua natural proporcionada así como las bebidas calientes, las sugerencias y apoyo de Itala y Jean Claude.

Todo muy bien. La habitación puede ser ruidosa porque los carros batallan para subir, se oyen voces de personas empujando o el rechinar de las llantas. Un problema si tu sueño es ligero.
