Maison Fortaleza

I first booked for a couple of days, ended up staying up to a week. Very comfortable, hot water, good wifi, the owners are really kinds. Would recommend, and would for sure stay again.

Chaleureux accueil d'Itala et Jean-Claude! Nous avons sincèrement apprécié discuter avec eux tout au long de nos deux séjours. Ils nous ont permis de découvrir des lieux de Cusco qu'on n'auraient pas découvert sans eux. La chambre était super propre et très confortable. On s'y sentait à la maison. Merci encore pour l'accueil :)

Lovely clean room, the owners are lovely, helpful, and welcoming. Handy location, just a short walk upl from the town center.

Wonderful location especially for Inti Raymi festivities. Comfortable room.

They didn’t service our room for a 3-day stay. Also, we had reserved an airport shuttle through the hotel staff, but the driver didn’t show up. We messaged the hotel to let them know, and had to find a private taxi, and not only did the hotel owner not apologize for the inconvenience, but he insisted that the driver had shown up and gave us attitude about it. It is very frustrating to not be believed.

Very friendly owners, very helpful and responsive. The room is very clean and comfortable.
