I had such a wonderful experience staying here. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for and welcomed. I wasn’t feeling the best due to altitude sickness, and the host Itala, kindly offered me some chamomile tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture and instantly made me feel more at ease. She is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and has a warm presence that makes you feel right at home. On top of that, she’s very knowledgeable about the history of the Inca, and I really enjoyed our conversations – I learned so much during my stay. The place itself was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed for a restful visit. I’m so grateful for the kindness and hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a genuine and welcoming experience!

Absolutely stunning location and views (7 min walk from center, right next to the aqueduct and Calle de siete borreguitos). Rooms and common spaces are quiet and lovingly decorated. Hot water and heating was available in the rooms, which was a godsend! The common areas also have a great book selection to browse.

Ir you would like more toilet paper or for the trash in your bathroom to be replaced, just ask!

I felt transported to Switzerland in this beautifully decorated hotel overlooking Cusco with a stunning view. The room was clean and cozy, but the highlight was the incredible 2-hour conversation with the owner. We talked about life, the surrounding Cusco area, and so many fascinating topics—it made me feel right at home.

We felt very welcome here from the start. Itala is an excellent host. She was attentive to our needs whilst giving us space when we needed it. It had a real family, welcoming feel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Good bathroom, excellent bed, WiFi, extra blankets for when Cusco gets a bit colder, really good home made breakfast. The location is great - a little away from the main square so no noise, and a bit of a hill to acclimatise to the altitude even better! Short walk of about 5 mins into Plaza de Armas. Also well located for a trip up the hill to Christo Blanco, Sacsayhuaman and the surrounding area. We really loved our stay, and would very much recommend.

Big beautiful rooms. Hot showers with great water pressure. Location is in a nice place of San Blas that is quiet but still close to many things. The host/owner was very friendly and helpful.

Would’ve like the option for breakfast to be included

Sonia the host was extremely helpful, she assisted with every question we had, bookings for tours and drivers, storing our luggage while we were on the Salkantay trek etc. It is a very clean and homely place to stay, would highly recommend and come back again. The hot water was always working and the location was close to the main plaza but far enough to feel quiet.

The walls were a bit thin but as it was a fairly quiet part of town at night, this did not bother us while we were sleeping.

We stayed for 9 nights and it was the best choice that we could have made. There was hot water all day long (something which the hosts guarantee). The location is very close to the city centre and many good cafes and restaurants. The room is clean and spacious. The hosts and the staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. If we ever should visit again, there is no doubt where we will stay. We recommend the hotel 100 %
